Cusomize Color

The Cusomize Color dialog does not do anything. Is there something that I am missing? I have a somewhat older laptop computer and cannot (yet) download a display driver specifically for Vista. (NVidia GeForce Go) Is this the problem? Is there a way to correct this problem.

Hello,
Are you speaking of the Visual Appearance option in Personalization?
This dialog should be working. Note, though, that there will be only a *Very* slight difference color noticible on the task bar and start menu, but you should see more of a difference on the title bars of your windows.
You can try increasing the intensity to make the colors more noticible.
Microsoft has said that in a future build, the colors will be more noticible on the taskbar and in the start menu

When I try to click ok or cancel nothing happens. When I use the keyboard to click ok explorer freezes then restarts and the settings are not changed.

That's definately a bug.
You should follow the instructions outlined in "feedback" on your desktop and report it to microsoft. :)

It could be a bug in the video driver. JB is right, and be sure you download the Microsoft Beta Client and use it rather than the feedback hyperlink. The MBC gathers up all kinds of hardware info for MS that you or I would never take the time to do.
